04:30pm - 06:30pm -- Welcomed the newscasters and crews from Channel 11 to Stonebriar Mall. Channel 11 has focused on Frisco int heir newscasts this week. Excellent coverage culminating with a live newscast broadcast from Stonebriar. After the newscast, there was a live town-hall meeting where the public was able to ask questions from a representative of Hall Financial Business Park, our police and fire chiefs and our City Manager, George Purefoy
7:00pm - 7:30pm -- Attended the grand opening for the Texas Tornado! This was a great event even made better by the Tornado easily defeating their opponent. The new Stars center is another winner for Frisco! If you have not been to a game, I highly recommend it!

10:30am - 12:00pm - Helped Mayor Mike Simpson give a tour of our City to members of the San Antonio City Council and their Mayor. They were very interested in what we have accomplished as a City. They were looking for successful models to use as they master plan certain areas of their city.

10:00am - 11:30am - Attended grand opening of the Dr. Pepper stars center. What a great opening and what a wonderful addition for the city of Frisco.
12:00pm - 1:00pm - Volunteered to be the "dunkee" in the water dunk tank for a fundraiser for Juvenile Diabetes. This event was hosted by St. Francis of Assisi Church in Frisco and included a carnival to educate and to raise funds for this worthy cause. I was just very lucky to have so many bad pitchers in Frisco :-) (don't worry, I got dunked plenty of times).
